School Programmes

Plan a lifelong learning experience for your students! With Sharjah Art Museum students will interact with collections through discussion-based tours that include in-gallery activities and workshops. School programmes support school curricula and subjects. You may also choose to visit the museum with your groups as a self-led tour.

Discussion-Based Tours

Led by museum staff, students will be able to enjoy a selected number of artworks in the Modern and Contemporary Arab Art collection and identify the various art techniques, history, and stories. The tour is discussion-based and includes hands-on activities and workshops per request. Programmes include Fingerprints for kindergarden, Geometric Designs for elementary school, and the Art of Portrait offered for all grades. For more details, download the School Programmes 2016-2017.
